Support starts with a free meet and greet, so we understand your goals, routines and support needs before anything is agreed.
Service agreements are written in plain language, and invoicing is set up for plan managers and the NDIA.
High intensity supports are delivered by workers trained and assessed against the NDIS high intensity support skills descriptors, with oversight from our community nursing team.
Our team
Every support worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening clearance, current first aid and CPR, and has completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module. Workers who deliver high intensity supports are trained and assessed against the NDIS high intensity support skills descriptors, with oversight from our community nursing team.
